Unbelievable service

I arrived home from work last night at 7-30 pm , to find my saniflo had stopped working and the bathroom floor was covered in a horrible mess , not having a clue what to do , with it it being my only toilet I need to get someone or at least talk to someone who could help me asap , I am thanking my lucky stars that the first company I phoned was Acon , Paul calmed me down and told me with it being my only toilet he would come out to me now , he arrived 40 minutes later with Pam ,within 1 hour he had my bathroom working again and clean as if nothing had ever happened in there , I must say for a women living on her own , having a female engineer there was very reassuring , thank you so much guys , King regards
