Breath of fresh air

How rare is it to see tradesmen that really do love there job and care about doing their best for their customers , well I saw it at the weekend when my saniflo started making strange noises , I called Pam and Paul on Saturday morning and even though they had planned to have their first weekend off in months they said they would be with me within the hour , and they turned up 45 mins later , within the hour they had my saniflo sounding perfect again , I had had some friends come to stay and they had accidentally put a wet wipe down it , thank you so much guys , for coming out to me on your day off , kind regards
