I have just had a visit from the engineers and 2 words describe the service i received “well chuffed” The engineers turned up in their pre arranged 2 hour slot and cracked straight on with the job. they repaired the saniflo,cleaned and disinfected the work area and gave advice on service and cleaning the unit. The bill was exactly as quoted so no nasty surprises. overall a brilliant service that i would recommend all day long.10/10
