Panic and The Reassurance…

Woke up on the Saturday morning to find water all over the floor where the Saniflo was fitted. A mad dash on the internet for a local solution proved problematic so I was relieved to find the number for Acorn. A quick call put my mind at rest and we arranged a date for a call-out convenient to both parties. Pam and Paul arrived bang on the appropriate time despite the lousy weather and were helpful, friendly and full of good advice for the future health of the unit. An hour later I had a revived system working perfectly. One thing’s for sure – their contact number is now written in my book for future reference – no more panicking to find an engineer (or two!). Thanks for your superb service. By the way, Sophie says “woof!” to Jake!!
